 Job Scope  Conduct site surveys to assess condition and maintenance needs of buildings, facilities, vehicles, and M&E systems 
Manage contractors to ensure timely defect rectification and minimize operational downtime 
Prepare technical specifications and obtain competitive quotations for required works 
Coordinate with internal teams, contractors, and tenants to ensure smooth operations 
Oversee projects including budgeting, scheduling, resource planning, and implementation of efficiency improvements
