Building Engineer

Location Toa Payoh

·Lead safety programs such as Gemba site walks, follow up on action items, and attend Safety Committee meetings.

·Investigate, check, and analyse reported breakdowns and faults to determine root causes and prevent recurrence.

·Conduct monthly inspections with the cleaning company to ensure cleanliness standards are maintained in accordance with KPIs, including pest control and landscaping.

·Initiate and process Purchase Requisitions (PR) and Purchase Orders (PO) for building and life safety systems.

·Address and resolve customer feedback related to building safety and maintenance (CMMS) for all sites, including AMK sites.
