**Overview**

**Position Summary:** Operate, maintain and perform repairs on assigned HVACR equipment and controls, chilled water systems, steam systems, refrigeration systems and various other mechanical, electrical systems in such manner as to ensure optimal customer relations throughout a multi-tenant high rise commercial building in Downtown Minneapolis - IDS.

**Pay: $39.25 per hour.**
