Responsible for Building Automation System (BAS) programming, maintenance, repairs, and preventative maintenance. This position requires a demonstrated knowledge and expertise in HVAC/R Systems, Electrical, Electronic, Pneumatic and Direct Digital Control systems and a comprehensive understanding of BAS and Information System Networks. Primary duties include; Update/Replace BAS Controllers. Modify programming, graphics, and control drawings as necessary. Perform necessary commissioning, maintenance procedures, and field verification of systems functions to ensure proper operation of BAS. Diagnose BAS operational problems and provide solutions. Assist technicians in troubleshooting vital comfort, energy, indoor air quality, safety, scheduling, and compliance concerns related to infrastructure systems and controls.
