Open Positions & Key Responsibilities

👨‍🍳 CDP (Chef de Partie)–

• Lead the assigned kitchen section

• Ensure food quality, consistency & hygiene

• Train and supervise junior staff

👨‍🍳 DCDP (Demi Chef de Partie) – • Assist the CDP in daily operations

• Monitor preparation and plating standards

• Maintain inventory and miseen place

👨‍🍳 Commis I –

• Prepare ingredients and execute recipes

• Support smooth kitchen operations

• Follow SOPs and food safety practices

👨‍🍳 Commis II –

• Assist in basic food preparation

• Maintain cleanliness of the workstation

• Support senior chefs during service
