Retail Store Manager FLSA Status: Non-Exempt Department: Retail Location: Willowbrook, IL (Illinois locations) Pay Range: $17.25 Position Summary: The Budtender is responsible for delivering an outstanding customer experience while educating patients and consumers about cannabis products.
This role supports the day-to-day operations of the dispensary, from order fulfillment to compliance documentation, all while promoting a welcoming and professional environment.
Responsibilities:
Must be able to greet and check in patients, verify their status, and report allotments in the POS system Responsible for providing cannabis education and guidance to patients and customers.
Must assist customers in selecting products efficiently and compliantly.
Must be able to process orders and handle payments using POS software with a high level of accuracy.
