Provide 2nd Line Support for equipment in London MCR / DCs in relation to Telstra′s Internet Delivery Network (IDN), Global Media Network (GMN), Special Events Network (SEN), 2110 systems and cloud platforms
Work with teammates and operations teams to facilitate any changes to config/ upgrades or maintenance on any live platform system.
Be able to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues during live broadcast for live events.
Assist in the installation and configuration of equipment.
Stay informed about advancements in broadcast technology and industry trends.
