Join Tekmark and work on live broadcast & OTT streaming systems that power real-world media delivery. We're looking for a hands-on Broadcast Engineer who enjoys solving technical problems, supporting live services, and working with modern broadcast and OTT technologies. If you have experience with on-prem broadcast systems and understand OTT streaming workflows, we'd love to talk to you.

What you'll do

• Support and maintain on-prem broadcast systems, including: Harmonic (encoders, multiplexers, processing systems) & Telestream (monitoring, analysis, or related systems)
• Analyze and resolve audio & video issues, such as: Audio levels, codecs, lip-sync, Video formats, compression, artifacts, and quality problems
• Monitor and troubleshoot live and VOD broadcast services to ensure uninterrupted delivery
• Work closely with internal teams and vendors to resolve incidents
