Manage and supervise the Oklahoma Bridge Design section including utilization, profitability, growth and marketing, talent management, coaching and mentoring
Plan, manage, execute and deliver complex transportation related structural engineering design projects on-time, on budget, and to the performance expectations of the client
Create and monitor scopes of work and budgets for various bridge and highway structure projects for ODOT and/or local agencies
Monitor all financial aspects of the project including invoicing, budget status, accounts receivable, and monthly reports
Develop and implement business development growth plan for the bridge design section including client relations and proposal development
Work with some of the top bridge designers in the country to assist in delivering notable bridge projects across the country
