A Breakfast Chef is required at a busy 120 bed country hotel that caters for up to 200 guests daily, located in Hertfordshire. You will be required to work straight shifts, five days out of seven on a Rota basis. The hotel offers a buffet style service and a la carte, and dishes are freshly cooked and replenished throughout the breakfast service. It is essential that you are organised, self motivated and used to a busy service.

Requirements:

The Head Chef is seeking a Breakfast Chef who has spent time in this role in hotels previously where you were cooking using fresh ingredients.
