The Role

You will join the brand team as our first AI-native brandhire. Your job is to do real brand work - research, strategy, content,campaigns - using AI as your primary way of working, and to become the team'sin-house expert in AI.

This is not a technical role, and no prior AI experienceis required . We will teach you everything on the job - and much of thelearning happens inside the tool itself. What matters is not what you alreadyknow, but how you learn. The outcome we measure is brand quality: sharpresearch, on-voice content, campaigns that work. AI is how you'll get therefaster and deeper than a traditional junior hire could.

You will work across the brands in the Urban Haircareportfolio. You will start with our Singapore market - where you can see salons,stylists, and customers up close - and grow into regional and global brand workas you demonstrate readiness.
