13. Initiating and conducting relevant research through research agencies
14. Identifying market niches and launching new products to satisfy the niche
15. To manage corporate identity, electronic communications, internal communications, corporate events program, publications and other marketing materials.
16. Develop and implement internal and external communications programs including better negotiations with vendors for cost effectiveness.
