            Create annual marketing activity and its implementation in terms of brand activation and consumer programs aligned with targeted market
Define sales target and ensure its achievement effectively
Define strategy and sales supporting programs through product distribution
Actively plan, implement, and monitor consumer marketing programs and trade marketing in every channels to achieve sales target.
Close collaboration with distributor and trade marketing to create monthly sales forecast
Collaborate with manufacturing, distribution, and supply chain to create finished goods production forecast in order to ensure stock availability
Define new & existing product pricing strategy based on positioning, competitor, and profit margin, then monitor it regularly
Create distribution plan and promotion program to support new product launching ( consumer program, trade program, dan penetration program )
