• Support new product launches (e.g. 5G divides, apps, lifestyle bundles) by demonstrating usage and educating customers.
• Deliver overall sales performance through participating in retail store sales activities (in-store or roadshow)
• Represent telco brand in pop-up events, roadshows, campus activations, ensuring maximum visibility and product sign-ups

Retail Expert( 1st and last weekend )

• Focusing in providing operational excellence to deliver and unmatched customer experience in retail store
• Drive sales conversion in retail stores by engaging walk-in customers, explain product/service benefits & closing sales
• Handle all enquiries, complaints and disputes accurately, efficiently and in a professional and friendly manners
