Oversee daily operations of the branch to ensure efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales targets and enhance profitability.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2-3 years of experience as a retail store manager or in a similar leadership role.
• Strong understanding of retail operations, and sales strategies.
• Strong customer service orientation and the ability to lead and motivate a team.
• Familiarity with meeting sales targets.
• Proficient in data analysis and problem-solving.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Retail Management, or a related field.
