managing a technical service/profit centre , driving operational efficiency, customer satisfaction, and sustainable profitability.
Key Responsibilities
1. Technical & Operations Management
- Lead and manage a team of service technicians
- Ensure optimal staffing levels with appropriately skilled technicians
- Plan and allocate workloads effectively
- Develop and implement technician training plans
- Build a sustainable pipeline of technical talent
2. Administration & Process Control
- Oversee all branch administration related to:
- Maintenance contracts
- Payable service work
- Ensure accuracy and efficiency of the workflow:
