Reporting to the Sales Manager, this person will be responsible for the implementation of training strategies, plans, and processes to support organizational goals.
**Responsibilities**:
- New hire training and Uptraining
- Prepare/Improve Training/Nesting curriculum
- Prepare training materials and keep them updated
- Deliver Training and Uptrainings for new hires and current employees
- Develop quality agents that can perform on their own
- Handle nesting team and accountable for their performance
- Provide floor support to designated area of agents with call handling to new or struggling agents during Nesting
**Requirements**:
- Solid BPO/call center **training** experience
- Experience in remote work and digital tools (CRM, Google, Dialer, etc.)
- Medium to high technology skills
- Equipment to work from home (computer i3 or equivalent and above, 10 mbps of internet speed and above)
