Job Requirements

Graduate of IT or currently an undergraduate with a minimum of 2 years completed in college.

Background in helpdesk operations with hands‑on experience in hardware and software troubleshooting.

At least 6 months of experience in quality assurance or a related role.

Strong knowledge of Microsoft products and applications.

Prior experience working in a BPO environment.
