            Key Responsibilities  Achieve and exceed boutique sales targets, KPIs, and profitability goals. 
Drive commercial performance through strategic planning, daily coaching, and close monitoring of team sales behaviours. 
Implement and lead elevated, personalized one-on-one sales ceremonies tailored to high‑net‑worth clients and collectors. 
Identify and develop new business opportunities including networking events, concierge partnerships, and private clienteling initiatives. 
Client Relationship Management  Build, manage, and nurture a dynamic and loyal client database with a strong focus on VIP clientele. 
Maintain in-depth knowledge of individual clients’ preferences, history, and lifestyle to anticipate needs and drive repeat business. 
Organize and host exclusive events and private appointments to strengthen client engagement and loyalty.
