Responsibilities

• Oversee daily boutique operations ensuring a seamless and elevated client experience
• Drive sales performance, profitability, and achievement of KPIs
• Lead, coach, and motivate a small retail team to deliver exceptional service
• Build strong long-term relationships with clients and drive clienteling initiatives
• Maintain high visual merchandising and operational standards across the boutique
• Manage scheduling, stock awareness, and overall store performance
• Take a hands-on approach across all aspects of the business, supporting where needed
