- Lead and supervise deck crew activities.
- Assist in mooring and unmooring operations.
- Coordinate with other departments for smooth operations.
- Previous experience as a Bosun on container vessels.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Valid seafarer certifications.
- Good knowledge of international maritime regulations.
