5S Coordination - Check and ensure 5S standards at HcP, update information on 5S board, weekly report the issues with 5S coordination team.
5S in Meeting rooms: Check and report the conditions of all meetings rooms at the plant. Suggest improvement ideas for the superior.
Pest Control - Identify the pest presence, assess and monitor the pest population. Tracking and report the quantity of pest to have a reasonable solution.
Support other teams within FCM to ensure service delivery.
Others task as assigned by Group Leader
Qualifications
Senior student, major in Industrial Management, Business Administration, English Language with deep interest in facilities management.
Proficient in Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
