We are seeking a versatile, highly personable Bookkeeper & Executive Assistant to join our clients team in a core hybrid role split roughly 70% Bookkeeping (AR/Billing/Collections) and 30% Executive Administration.

This is not a traditional corporate desk job; Our client is an interactive, high-touch business. You will act as the operational anchor and trusted right hand to our President. This role requires someone who can bring strong financial accuracy to our invoicing operations while simultaneously acting as an administrative gatekeeper, keeping a dynamic business owner organized, calm, and focused on growth.

Location: Maple, ON (In-office, 5 days per week)
Hours: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM or 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
Salary Range: $55,000 – $60,000 Base Salary (Commensurate with experience; open to structured performance review bumps)
