We are seeking a detail-oriented Bookkeeper with experience in property management accounting and hands‑on knowledge of QuickBooks and Rent Manager .
Key Responsibilities
- Perform full‑cycle bookkeeping for property portfolios.
- Manage Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR).
- Process tenant billing, rent postings, and payments using Rent Manager.
- Conduct bank and credit card reconciliations.
- Maintain accurate financial records and perform regular data entry.
- Prepare financial reports such as P&L, balance sheet, and rent roll.
- Assist with month‑end and year‑end closing.
Requirements
- Proven experience in bookkeeping, preferably in property management.
- Proficiency in QuickBooks (Online or Desktop).
- Experience using Rent Manager software.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
