Anna Parson at Robert Half is partnering with a growing technology services organization to identify a detail‑oriented, tech‑savvy QuickBooks Bookkeeper to support a multi‑entity accounting environment.

This opportunity is ideal for a Bookkeeper who enjoys process automation, accurate reconciliations, and collaborating closely with an external CPA firm.

As the QuickBooks Bookkeeper:

+ Oversee daily bookkeeping activities for multiple related entities, including intercompany transactions, using QuickBooks Desktop

+ Record daily cash activity by extracting and posting banking and cash reports

+ Complete monthly bank reconciliations across approximately 30 accounts, including several high‑volume operating accounts

+ Reconcile corporate AMEX credit cards, including GL coding, receipt matching, and expense allocations

+ Prepare and post journal entries as ...
