The Body D&R Engineer will be responsible for the engineering, design, development, timing, and production release for functions including door glass, door modules, hard tops, soft tops, tonneau exposure, Body‑in‑White, body closure sheet metal, and hinging. Responsibilities include interfacing and coordinating packaging with the product design office, vehicle development, other exterior and body engineering teams, adjacent departments (electromechanical, electrical, lighting, trim), and suppliers to design, develop, and release these components/systems.
Qualifications Experience designing and developing Body‑in‑White, closures, or exterior systems. CAD experience with Unigraphics NX, Catia V5, and Teamcenter in a production release environment.
