Schedule Monday through Friday Job Summary The Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) is responsible for providing applied behavior analysis (ABA) services to individuals with behavioral health needs within an inpatient setting. The BCBA will conduct assessments, develop and implement behavior intervention plans, provide training and support to staff, and collaborate with the interdisciplinary treatment team to promote a safe and therapeutic environment supporting our 24/7 care delivery services. Responsibilities Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) to identify the function of challenging behaviors exhibited by patients. Develop individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs) based on FBA results, utilizing evidence‐based strategies and techniques. Implement and monitor BIPs, collecting and analyzing data to evaluate effectiveness and make necessary adjustments.
