About the Role

As a Board Certified Behavior Analyst you’ll serve as a clinical leader within a Washington school district. You’ll provide consultation, training, behavioral evaluations, and individualized intervention plans for students with academic and behavioral needs. This role blends direct support, staff coaching, and ongoing supervision of behavioral programming.

You will build a caseload within SPS, typically providing 5–7 hours of service per student per week.
