Job Description We are seeking a suitable BMS Electrical Engineer to support Building Management System / Building Automation System works for building services projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for technical coordination, installation supervision, testing and commissioning of BMS electrical and controls works, ensuring that project requirements, safety standards and quality expectations are met.
Key Responsibilities - Assist in the planning, coordination and execution of BMS electrical and controls works.
- Review project drawings, specifications, control schematics, points schedules and technical documents.
- Coordinate with consultants, clients, main contractors, subcontractors, vendors and internal project teams.
- Support BMS system design coordination, including DDC panels, field devices, sensors, actuators, cabling and control interfaces.
