Responsibility 1: Provide area expertise in the area of Blow molding process, develop training modules, and hold training class at each location.
Lead or support trials of new products.
Ensure a common approach to solving machinery and or process problems, through the development of best practices. The knowledge learned is to be documented and shared across the Corp.
Provide assistance and/or input to new product programs, as requested by each program, for the related technology.
Responsibility 2: Develop specifications for manufacturing solutions for area of responsibility (Blow Molding). This work includes required R&D; to create manufacturing solutions for new products and work with simulations to optimize the design.
Develop standards for mold design.
