Key Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day supervision, guidance, and support to social workers and practitioners
- Oversee case management to ensure high‑quality service delivery and compliance with safeguarding standards
- Support decision‑making within Early Help and Children’s Advice & Support Service (CASS)
- Ensure timely assessments, interventions, and appropriate outcomes for children and families
- Promote best practice and continuous professional development within the team
- Work collaboratively with multi‑agency partners
