**Job Description Summary**
In this learning focused role, the Biomedical Technician Apprentice will respond to service calls to evaluate, diagnose, perform repair and planned maintenance (PM) on basic biomedical equipment and drive customer satisfaction through Service Excellence. This is an onsite customer‑facing service position focused on maintaining and repairing medical equipment in healthcare environments. Time is spent supporting customers in hospitals and clinical settings, serving as the face of GE HealthCare at customer sites in (Dallas, TX).

This one-year apprenticeship is designed to prepare candidates for a long‑term career in field service. The apprenticeship will be scheduled to align with the anticipated availability of a Level 1 position to support continuity of employment following program completion.
