• Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and electronic failures on a wide range of fitness equipment, from treadmills to strength machines, and perform preventative maintenance.
• Coordinate repair and maintenance of rental fleet and customer machinery; monitor equipment utilization and report to top management.
• Manage day‑to‑day operation and maintenance of MEP systems across multiple properties; supervise preventive and corrective maintenance activities for HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and more.
• Perform maintenance on Building Management Systems, monitor equipment performance, and ensure system operation.
