Provide periodical Management Performance Reports and Analysis as required, including proposals for improvement.
Act as the contact point between Medivest vendors and Government officers in terms of correspondence, meetings, and other official communication.
Responsible for all communication with the customer (user, John, Liaison Officer, etc.) in relation to BEMS, which includes handling customer complaints, obtaining and providing feedback on maintenance, etc.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Biomedical Engineering or related field.
3 years and above working experience in a related field.
