United Arab Emirates University, Department of Family Medicine is looking for a candidate to provide computational support to animal and poultry genomics projects, with a focus on data processing, GWAS pipelines, and basic downstream analyses.

The ideal candidate will have a Ph.D/MSc in Bioinformatics or related field, and a working knowledge of Python or R. Responsibilities will include sequencing QC, variant calling, and assisting with data interpretation.
