            Job Responsibilities  Prepare detailed architectural and structural shop drawings and working drawings using Revit. 
Extract information from 3D Revit models to develop accurate shop drawings and resolve discrepancies with the Engineering Department and Project Team. 
Assist the project team with BIM coordination, ensuring multidisciplinary collaboration and clash detection. 
Develop As‑built drawings for project handover to clients/consultants. 
Support Tender Bids by preparing floor plans, sectional drawings, and related technical documentation. 
Attend technical and BIM meetings as required. 
Ensure all drawings and documentation are completed accurately and on time. 
 Job Requirements  Diploma or Higher Nitec/Polytechnic qualification in BIM, Architecture, or related field. 
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in BIM modelling and coordination.
