Job Summary Develop and maintain M&E BIM models for building projects, ensuring coordination, compliance with standards, and supporting construction teams through effective BIM-based solutions. Responsibilities Develop and maintain M&E BIM models for building projects to ensure accurate design representation. Prepare coordinated BIM models aligned with project BIM execution plans to facilitate project workflows. Perform clash detection and resolve coordination issues with consultants and other trades to prevent construction conflicts. Produce BIM drawings, sections, and schedules for construction and submission to support project documentation. Support site teams with BIM-based coordination and updates during construction to ensure model accuracy. Ensure BIM models comply with BIM standards, Levels of Development (LOD ), and client specifications for quality assurance.
