BIM Modeler (Structural)

Role Purpose: We are seeking a skilled BIM Modeler with a minimum of 5 years of experience to develop high‑quality 3D structural BIM models and prepare structural drawings based on design inputs. The ideal candidate will ensure compliance with project standards, coordinate effectively with internal and external teams, and deliver accurate and clash‑free models and drawings.

Key Responsibilities

1. Create and update 3D structural BIM models and detailed shop and as‑built drawings in accordance with project requirements and standards.
2. Prepare parametric Revit families and ensure alignment with the BIM Execution Plan (BEP).
3. Collaborate with structural engineers and coordinate with other disciplines to maintain consistency across design trades.
4. Conduct clash detection, resolve modeling issues, and ensure the delivery of clash‑free models.
