Responsibilities
- BIM Manager is responsible for the overall BIM department and its operations.
- Manage and lead deployment of BIM resources effectively.
- Implement all the procedures in BIM and digital construction during the design, construction, and handover of a project.
- Leads and supports the use of technology to create BIMs in architecture, engineering and construction sector
- Implement, track and drive productivity KPIs
- Responsible for all new hiring, i.e, interviews, skills test and induction, engagement and assessment
- Adherence to safety practices in the work place.
- Ability to effectively lead and motivate team members positively
- Ability to manage stakeholders’ expectations, adept with conflict resolution and problem solving.
