The BIM Manager leads the planning, implementation, and execution of Building Information Modeling (BIM) strategies across project teams and studios. This role provides technical leadership, establishes and maintains BIM standards and workflows, ensures model quality and consistency, and supports teams through training, mentoring, and hands-on project engagement. The BIM Manager also oversees digital assets, cloud collaboration platforms, and technology initiatives to drive efficiency, innovation, and data-driven design throughout the firm.
This position is eligible for a fully remote, work from home, opportunity, in the event that you are not located near an HMC office. This remote position can be located in either of the following states: California, Oregon, Washington, Nevada, or Texas.
