1. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Information Management & Coordination
. Develop and execute the Task Information Delivery Plan (TIDP) in alignment with the Master Information Delivery Plan (MIDP) and project milestones.
. Coordinate and facilitate comprehensive clash detection across all disciplines utilising Navisworks, and Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC) Build.
. Review and validate design models, construction models, as-built models, model-based Room Layout Sheets(RLS), and Room Data Sheets (RDS) in strict accordance with project CDE and the CBEP.
. Instruct and monitor Model Authors to incorporate the latest design changes, revisions, and construction instructions accurately and expeditiously.
. Ensure all major elements and first-fix MEP services are virtually clash-free prior to any information exchange or milestone submission.
