Support the BIM Manager to develop and implement BEP for the assigned project(s). Execute BIM implementation processes as per agreed BEP. Responsible for managing and coordinating project BIM standards development, implementation, and enforcement on all related BIM deliverables. Coordinate BIM workflows and processes across all project disciplines. Manage and maintain the central BIM model, ensuring version control and data integrity. Conduct regular BIM model reviews to identify and resolve coordination issues. Prepare and deliver BIM deliverables, such as BIM models, clash reports, asset data, 3D visualizations, etc. Track and report on BIM progress and identify potential issues. Train and support project team members on BIM workflows and software. Participate in project meetings and provide BIM expertise. Other related project BIM uses implementation and their BIM deliverables submission activities.
