: BIM Coordinator Nitec / Diploma / Degree in any Engineering, Architectural or relevant disciplines With Minimum 3 years of BIM Modelling Experience Competent in Autodesk AutoCAD / Revit / Navisworks Train BIM modeller and drafters in company BIM standards. Setup & monitor modelling environment. Manage model schedule based on site schedule and must be aligned on the critical path of the project. Monitor BIM model & shop drawing creation and revisions. Conduct QAQC to the BIM models. Manage BIM modellers work scope & work schedule. Work closely with project team on relevant issues regarding site progress. Establish and monitor clashes with project team. Execute virtual mock-up sessions and coordination workflow. Execute simulations for 4D & 5D. Experience in using Bentley Software is advantageous Able to resolve issues in a timely and effective manner Well aware of latest BIM Standards, Guidelines, and Submission Standards Able to work under pressure and tight deadli...
