The BIM Coordinator will be responsible for the line management and technical supervision of BIM Technicians, ensuring delivery of coordinated BIM models and documentation in accordance with company standards, project requirements and ISO 19650 processes. The role includes implementation and adherence to BIM standards, ensuring all models, drawings, and data are developed in line with company and project requirements. The Coordinator will contribute to project workflows by maintaining accurate and up-to-date models and documentation, supporting coordination between disciplines, and helping to identify and resolve design clashes.
