Responsibilities: Work with project team to produce shop drawings, coordination drawings and as-built drawings on Structural, Architectural and MEP aspects Maintaining and update the complete set of project drawings Coordinate BIM workflows and ensure adherence to project standards and protocols Manage the creation, integration, and maintenance of 3D BIM models Conduct clash detection and resolve conflicts in collaboration with project teams Facilitate coordination between architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders using BIM tools Organise and lead BIM coordination meetings to address design and construction issues Ensure the accuracy and completeness of BIM models and associated data Conduct regular model audits and implement corrective actions as needed Prepare and submit BIM progress reports to project managers and stakeholders Requirements: Degree/Diploma in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field Proficient in operating BIM software w...
