Responsibilities
  • Develop and manage facade BIM models for project delivery.
  • Create parametric and computational design solutions for facade systems.
  • Coordinate BIM deliverables with architects, consultants, and project teams.
  • Perform model validation, clash detection, and BIM coordination.
  • Automate design and fabrication workflows using computational tools.
  • Generate fabrication‑ready information from BIM and parametric models.
  • Support digital innovation and workflow optimization initiatives.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Architecture, BIM, or related discipline.
  • 7–10 years of experience in façade BIM and computational design.
  • Experience in high‑rise façade projects and complex building envelopes.
  • Strong knowledge of façade systems, including Stick and Unitized Curtain Walls.
  • Proficiency in Revit, Revizto, Rhino, Grasshopper, and Inventor....
