BIM Archi/Structure Coordinator Responsibilities
  • Coordinate with consultants, sub‑contractors & engineers.
  • Manage and prepare models and shop drawing to support the construction works.
  • Coordinate structural works during the construction process.
  • Have good knowledge of structural and architectural details.
  • Liaise closely with internal and external parties as well as the authorities to resolve design discrepancies and construction issues.
  • Assist in maintaining BIM systems and standards for construction projects.
  • Liaise with clients, consultants and prepare/conduct weekly progress reports and technical meetings.
  • Ensure subcontractors and vendors follow the specifications and standards in the project VDC implementation.
  • Have experience in large scale projects.
  • Be a good team player and able to meet tight deadlines.
