Job Description:
  • Lead and manage the billing operations team
  • Oversee end-to-end billing and premium collection processes
  • Ensure accuracy, strong controls, and timely month-end billing
  • Analyse billing and collections data to identify risks and improvement opportunities

  • Manage operational issues and implement mitigation plans
