Job Purpose:

The Billing Coordinator is responsible for managing the firms billing and invoicing processes ensuring accuracy timeliness and compliance with client agreements and UAE financial regulations. This role works closely with partners lawyers and the finance team to prepare and process invoices track payments and maintain proper financial records in line with the firms policies and legal industry standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare review and process client invoices in coordination with partners and fee earners.
  • Ensure billing accuracy and compliance with client engagement terms and billing guidelines.
  • Manage time entries and matter-based billing through the firms practice management or accounting system.
