Job Summary

Monitors and ensures the timely collection of account receivables of Amici Water Systems Branches. Coordinates with internal and external legal personnel if necessary.

Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Effectively communicates and follows up with Billing and Collection Assistant regarding customer accounts receivables on a timely basis.
2. Identifies actions on delinquent accounts based on their approved payment terms.
3. Communicates with sales and customers for necessary and timely actions and strategies for debt repayment.
4. Compiles, submits information and suggests solutions about problem accounts in AWS to the Billing and Collection Supervisor.
